About the Event
This is a two day practical course specifically for tradespeople who are looking to work with lime. Students will look at why lime is used in older properties, the different types of lime and their uses, sands and aggregates and learn how to create the perfect mix. This is a predominantly practical course with a high level of detail.
On completion of Part 1 students can progress to the Part 2 course in which they will look at lath repairs, patch repairs, premixes and making insulating plaster.
Course Day Timings: 10am to 4pm both days
